Returns & Exchanges

BraceAbility Return Policy:

We will accept returns if your item is no longer needed or did not meet your expectations. We do have a few requirements, though:

1) Product must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging and parts. If the product appears to be used, unclean, etc., we will not be able to issue a refund.

2) You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

3) Returns must be received within 45 days of your original order date. Returns received after that time will not be eligible for a refund.

4) If we receive an item which is ineligible for refund per the policies listed above, we will not be able to send the item back to you. Please contact us if you are unsure whether or not your item will qualify for a refund.

We generally process refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s) at our facility. The card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase will be the one credited for the return. You will receive an email confirming your credit memo, but please allow 1-2 business days for this credit to reflect on the balance of your card or account. 

Please note, we will refund the full product cost, but unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping costs from your original order.

To request a return, please fill out the form on the packing slip included with your order. Inidcate which item(s) you wish to send back along with the return reason. Include this form along with your item(s) and send via the carrier of your choice to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization here. (For website orders only. If you placed your order on Amazon.com and no longer have your packing slip, please contact us to initiate a return.)

BraceAbility Exchange Policy:

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size if it does not fit. If you'd like a different product, we can also exchange your item for a one of equal or lesser value.

We do have a few requirements, though:

2) You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your original item to us, but you will not be charged additional shipping for your exchange item.

3) Exchanges must be received within 45 days of your original order date. Items received after that time will not be eligible for an exchange.

4) If we receive an item which is ineligible for exchange per the policies listed above, we cannot send the item back to you unless you wish to pay that additional shipping cost.

To request an exchange, please fill out the form on the packing slip included with your order. Make sure you indicate the new size you need on the form. Include this form along with your item(s) and send via the carrier of your choice to:
