To track your order, just enter your order number. You'll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have made an exchange for an item you will need to use the Returns and Exchanges tool to track that order.
Keep in mind:
- Tracking is not available for orders that are in a Processing status
- Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped
- We only process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) with same-day shipping only on orders placed before 3:00 PM CT

Based on the shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for the size and weight of your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx
