At BraceAbility, your purchase is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore, we have selected the best shipping methods by well-known couriers to ensure your purchase is delivered efficiently. Listed below is information regarding our tax and shipping methods for your reference.
No Sales Tax
Because BraceAbility is located in Iowa, you will not be charged sales tax with the exception of orders being placed with a Iowa state billing and/or shipping address (residents of Iowa are required to pay a standard sales tax on all orders).
BraceAbility ships all - domestic orders on an actual-rate schedule which determines shipping during checkout based on the weight and shipping destination of the package(s). The following shipping options are available for domestic orders during checkout:
Orders place after 12:00PM CST will not be processed until the following business day. Most orders ship using UPS. Please know that for all shipments, including expedited, the UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and your order will be delivered on the next business day. So, for example, if you placed an order on Thursday night at 9pm CST it would be processed and shipped on Friday. Therefore, if the selected shipping method was Next Day Air, the package would arrive on Monday. View UPS delivery commitment schedule here.
Based on product availability, the lead times for individual orders may fluctuate. The time it takes from the order date to the ship date will depend on both your products lead time and the shipping option chosen. In some cases Braceability offers free shipping for certain items. This would be noted on the product detail page for a particular item. If an item is offered with free shipping no shipping charge will be added for Standard Ground delivery of that item in the shopping cart though other items that you may add to your cart may add shipping to the total.
International orders are shipped in the most efficient manner to ensure a timely delivery. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, please expect a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days after your order is placed. International orders cannot be expedited. BraceAbility is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the package(s), including amounts charged by Customs or a native courier. BraceAbility ships all international orders on a variable schedule (calculated during checkout).
To ensure proper delivery of your order, BraceAbility will ship via a traceable method using DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the order size and the "Ship To" address. Braceability cannot ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical on all orders.
