Can this Neck Brace Help with Cervical Kyphosis or Lordosis?
Kyphosis and lordosis are both curvatures of the spine that go in different directions. Kyphosis being the “C” curvature and lordosis being the opposite. How do I apply this neck immobilizer?
We recommend visiting with your doctor the first time you wear the brace. A doctor will help ensure you have the pieces adjusted to fit your neck, ensuring the most effective treatment. Below is a step by step process of adjusting and applying the brace.

With this two piece brace, begin by applying the front piece to the neck. Make sure the chin and jaw are securely positioned within the top section of the front collar piece. While the bottom portion of the front collar should be flat against your chest

The black aluminum “Y” chin piece is adjustable by hand. The black aluminum upside down “U” piece is adjustable with the complementary adjustment tool. It will only take one time of adjusting these pieces to find your perfect fit.

While you securely hold the front portion in place slide the back neck piece straps through the buckles. Start with your buckles in the unlocked position (unlocked is up, while locked is down). Once the straps are through you can place the buckles in the locked position, allowing for tightening and loosening.
How do I wash this cervical collar?
The pads are removable and can be hand washed and left to air dry. The hard and aluminum pieces of the brace can also be hand washed and left to air dry. The brace does include an extra set of pads for your use.
