Request an Exchange/Return
We're happy to exchange your item if sizing is incorrect or take it back if it's not what you were expecting. We generally process within 2 business days after receiving. We do have a few requirements though:
1. Must be unused (except for trying on) and we need all original packaging, etc.
2. We ask that you cover return shipping cost.
3. For returns we need the item back within 45 days of your order date.
Use this label to have an ineligible return or exchange sent back to you.
Safe & Secure
If you have sent us a return or exchange that has been determined to be ineligible, we will return the item to you if you cover the cost of shipping. This $5.00 shipping label covers a United States Postal Service label to anywhere in the continental US.
