Multi-purpose, and comfortable to wear during yoga!

I twisted or sprained my wrist somehow... I had been experiencing pain when I turned my wrist to the right or left. I do hot yoga - ashtanga vinyasa flow, which can be pretty intense and hard on my wrists. I didn't want to injure my wrist further during practice, so I thought I would try this brace. I am really happy with it! You just slip your thumb in and wrap it around your hand and wrist in whatever configuration is most comfortable. I like how versatile and easy to adjust it is. I think it would fit big and small hands just fine because of the adjustability. I was worried about it getting in the way during some yoga positions where you are putting pressure onto your mat with your hands, but it was surprisingly comfortable and kept my wrist stable and pain free during downward dog, side planks, crow, chaturangas, etc. I've also been wearing this around the house and I am not experiencing nearly as much pain when lifting, vacuuming, writing, typing, etc. I would definitely recommend this wrist wrap for anyone!
