Return Policy

BraceAbility Exchange Policy:

BraceAbility issues exchanges on products that have previously been purchased with us but a new size is needed. If you wish to exchange an item, please request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the shipment. BraceAbility does not pay for return postage, but additional shipping costs will not be billed for exchange shipping. Tracking information for exchanges will be sent via e-mail as it becomes available.

To exchange a product, please ship the product back in the original packaging and make sure all included accessories and/or original paperwork are included. Indicate the size you would like us to send you on the packing slip and place it in the box with your brace. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package, not directly on the product packaging.

BraceAbility Return Policy:

In order to return an item, all components of the product(s) must be included, unused/unworn (aside from trying the product on), and returned in their original packaging. Merchandise that is damaged, used, or unsellable may not be refunded. For groin contact items, we ask that they be tried on with undergarments in order to be returned due to sanitary reasons.

BraceAbility asks that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) be requested within 45 days of delivery. Customers who receive an RMA are responsible for return postage on their item(s), shipping costs are considered non-refundable. It is appreciated if customers ship the return within 15 days of the RMA being issued although the RMA will expire after 60 days. Custom or special orders may not be returned for credit or an exchange.

To return an item, please ship the product in original packaging and make sure all included accessories and/or original paperwork are included. Please write the reason for the return on the original packaging slip and write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the packaging, but not directly on the product packaging.

Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they have been received and inspected at our facility. The card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase will be the one credited for the return. Please allow 1-2 business days for this credit to reflect on the balance of your card or account.

BraceAbility Defective Item Policy

In the case of receiving a defective item, BraceAbility will replace the merchandise within 30 days of you receiving the package. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect. To prove that the product you received is defective, we ask that you attach photo(s) of the product in the RMA request. We will then ship the product out as soon as possible to replace the defective product. No additional shipping charges will be billed to customers in this instance.
